Welcome Kaden (Buzz) Westhusing to ThinkFresh! Advisory

We are pleased to welcome Kaden "Buzz" Westhusing as our newest team member at TFA joining us from July 2025.

Kaden is a digital disruptor with a strong foundation in marketing strategy, international thinking, and community engagement. He brings with him a track record of entrepreneurial initiative and a mindset focused on momentum, opportunity, and fresh perspectives. From scaling digital ventures and expanding marketing communities to financing and promoting a collegiate formula racing team, Kaden has consistently demonstrated leadership, curiosity, and drive.

Currently a third-year Business Administration student at Western Washington University, Kaden is majoring in Marketing with a minor in International Business. His academic focus includes market research, consumer behaviour, and global business, aligning strongly with his aspiration to build a career in brand marketing and corporate partnerships.

In addition to his project and leadership work, Kaden has gained diverse customer-facing experience across hospitality and service roles, including positions with Chartwells Higher Education, Mt. Baker Ski Area, MGM Resorts International, and Aramark. These roles have helped shape his well-rounded approach to teamwork, communication, and customer experience.

At ThinkFresh Advisory, Kaden will contribute across our community, marketing, events and innovation initiatives. We are excited to have Kaden on board and look forward to the insight and energy he will bring to the team.
